Summer beach sessions every Sunday.
Nippers muster at 1445 for signing-in, rashes & hats. Session starts at 1500 prompt for 1 hour.  
Juniors session 1600-1700.
Hats & rashes are mandatory for water work.

Informal Adult session Wednesdays 1900 - general fitness & water skills.
